WHAT TO EXPECT OF THE THERAPEUTIC PARTNERSHIP
The initial phase of psychotherapy is primarily focused on learning about you as an individual - both where you are now in your life, as well as where you want to be. In the working phase, evidence-based therapeutic interventions are implemented to both reduce negative symptoms as well as increase coping skills and other self-care strategies. It is in this phase where your transformation takes place.
This is a collaborative and individualized process - which is fluid in nature and ultimately led by you. Our shared vision will be to address issues head-on, while building hope and empowering you to more easily overcome setbacks in the future.
